The Team

HR Director

Mornie Robertson

Mornie has worked with a number of well-known automotive companies, including BMW, Porsche and Tesla, where she joined us from her most recent role as Vice President of HR. Her experience with start-ups and long-established businesses makes her an ideal fit for INEOS Automotive, where her current focus is on quickly building a large and experienced team, capable of delivering our first world-class 4×4. A keen driver, Mornie first learned in a Land Rover, and is excited to test the hard-working credentials of our vehicle.

Commercial Director

Mark Tennant

Mark started his career exporting Land Rovers to Africa, and his passion for exploring the world with rugged 4x4s hasn’t waned since. He joins us with significant automotive industry experience, including a decade at Bentley in various commercial roles. Mark is overseeing the final design and specification of our 4×4, as well as our launch plans and the overall customer experience. He’s most excited about the potential to build a truly global 4×4 in the spirit of the greats he’s long admired, the Willys Jeep, Series I Land Rover and original Toyota Land Cruiser.

Director of Procurement

Oliver Frille

Oliver started his career studying business and industrial engineering and has a PhD in logistics, along with a broad background in Automotive supply chain management. His many years of procurement experience have included roles with Daimler, including SMART in its start-up phase, which makes him well placed to help develop Projekt Grenadier. An enthusiastic driver, his most memorable trip to date was through the Sahara desert in a Hanomag – although he’s already planning new adventures in the Projekt Grenadier vehicle.
